We received a very warm welcome, the staff was very kind and courteous. I especially liked the lobby and bar area. Hotel guests have complimentary access to the spa, hamam, and sauna, which is great for relaxing at the end of the day. Thank you so much Guys for your great service! We will definitely come back!

Great location within walking distance to metro, attractions, and shopping. The room and bathroom were larger than I expected for Paris. Check-in was fast. They did make a 100 euro charge to my card as a deposit. The beds and room finishes were comfortable. The room did not have an iron and it was collected each day during room cleaning which meant having to call and request it every time it was needed. The drain cover on the shower was not secured and would be off sometimes upon returning to the room. The room includes daily water service. One night of our stay we realized the water service was not completed during the day and called to the front desk to ask if water could be brought to the room. Shockingly the front desk informed us if we wanted water to come to the front desk and get it ourselves. Sound travels very easily at this hotel. Across the floor as well as from above you can hear conversations, doors opening and closing, and water running or toilets flushing. The door does not have a secondary lock other than the main lock. Housekeeping does not wait to open the door, one knock and open so if you are changing clothes you can be opened onto very quickly with no way to secure the door. This is also a safety concern. During check-out the additional taxes were 3x the price quoted from the booking site and were deducted from the 100 euro charge at check-in. While the room was clean, the multiple issues left a lasting impression and I would choose a different hotel for my next stay in the city.
I rarely post reviews, but I'm making an exception for Le Tsuba Hotel! So let me dust off my TripAdvisor account and get to work! ||The hotel itself feels very upscale and elegant. Moreover, given the price, the room and bathroom were quite …
Very pretty hotel. Everything is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good location. The breakfast buffet was good (only minus is that some things were not restocked after 9 am (breakfast is until 10:30. And when in …
We were so pleased upon our arrival at the hotel, because we arrived early and yet the staff was able to have a room ready for us very quickly. While we waited, we were offered food and drink and or treated with courtesy. ||||The hotel room …
The hotel's internal staff colluded with the thieves and stole the entire safe from the room. The thief entered the room disguised as a cleaner and stole cash and jewellery. The hotel refused to show surveillance cameras and refused to cooperate with the police. 100% not recommended, very unsafe.
The hotel staff opened the door of room at 9am and explained that it was room service, but according to the terms and conditions, room service would not be available until 12pm.
The front desk is also very concerned about whether you are staying alone.
A hotel associated with thieves, I do not recommend you to stay here!!!
Friendly staff at check inn and breakfast. For Paris standards spacious room. Nicely decorated. Good shower. Only pre check in makes no sence, as you do it all over when you arrive. Had a nice breakfast with enough choices. Will go there again when in Paris.
